Event Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in posting an event on the Black Community Hamburg Event Calendar, Please ensure your Submission follows the community's guidelines:

  • Events must be located within the Hamburg Metro Area. 
  • Individuals submitting an event posting must have a professional email address (No @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com, etc.), and their organization must have an official website and/or event page (this can be on eventbrite or another similar platform).
  • We will not publish submissions without a photo/graphic
  • Due to the volume of churches, synagogues, temples, etc. in Memphis; Choose901 will not publish events that are worship services or similar activities. We will, however, consider publishing events hosted by religious organizations that serve the greater community (e.g. free food, mental health summits, etc.). 

We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be approved, and we reserve the right to publish or delcine to publish and event submitted.
